Richard Frantz is a long-standing registered architect who has solved problems forhundreds of clients. He has the ability and experience to provide the professional services requiredto design economical, energy efficient, practical, and aesthetically attractive projects. He is flexibleand willing to work with his clients to solve their problems and satisfy their needs.
As a small, tightly organized, well qualified architectural firm, close, personal attention is given to all phases of the projects. The experience and expertise of outside consultants bring original thinking and a fresh approach to engineering and design problems. By networking with other architectural firms, the workforce can be expanded to provide services for larger projects.
Projects range from the design of mid-size new construction and additions to the design of renovations, rehabilitation, and restoration of existing structures. The client list includes municipal, religious, institutional, commercial, educational, health, and residential projects.
Mr. Frantz is the sole practitioner of the firm and is registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He was graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is often called upon as an expert witness
